Juan365 PH Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Playing

When we use the word "Platform", we mean the juan365 ph website, its mobile interface, and all related services accessible at juan365ph.xyz.

"We," "Us," or "juan365 ph" refers to the operating entity behind this platform and all personnel acting on its behalf.

"You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the juan365 ph platform in any capacity, including viewing pages without registering.

Juan365 ph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one active account at juan365 ph. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person – regardless of whether different names, phone numbers, or payment methods were used – juan365 ph reserves the right to merge those accounts, close all but one, and forfeit any bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by juan365 ph for verification purposes. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Your login credentials are personal to you. Juan365 ph will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support at support@juan365ph.xyz immediately.

All transactions on juan365 ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, which is outside the control of juan365 ph.

The following payment methods are currently supported at juan365 ph, subject to availability and any applicable processing conditions:

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account belonging to another person is prohibited at juan365 ph and may result in account suspension and the reversal of all associated transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method used. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your juan365 ph account dashboard. Juan365 ph is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals at juan365 ph are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent successful deposit unless otherwise directed and verified. This practice forms part of our standard anti-money laundering procedure.

Before your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point where juan365 ph requires it, identity verification must be completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified period may result in a temporary hold on the withdrawal.

Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real money balances and cleared bonus winnings may be withdrawn from your juan365 ph account. See Section 7 for full bonus conditions.

Juan365 ph reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending identity verification, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

From time to time, juan365 ph offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback, referral rewards, and seasonal offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By opting in or claiming any bonus, you confirm acceptance of those terms.

Standard conditions that apply to most juan365 ph bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or payment method.
• Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus balance and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games at juan365 ph contribute equally to wagering requirements. Games with high RTP or low house edge may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any uncompleted wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings when the expiry passes.

Live dealer games involve physical equipment operated by real dealers in monitored studio environments. Occasional technical disruptions, disconnections, or studio issues may occur. Juan365 ph will apply the following general settlement principles in the event of an interruption:

• If a round has not started when a disconnection occurs, the bet is returned.
• If a round is in progress and a clear result cannot be determined, juan365 ph will apply the outcome that was most favourable to the player based on available game state data.
• If a result was determined before the disconnection and is confirmed by the game system log, that result stands.

Juan365 ph reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started due to a data feed error, technical fault, or manifest error in the displayed odds.

Juan365 ph may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account – with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation – in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Deliberate exploitation of bonuses, technical errors, or any system vulnerabilities at juan365 ph.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other players.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.

If an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any remaining real money balance will be handled at the discretion of juan365 ph following a review of all relevant account activity. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty days, either party may submit the matter to the relevant competent courts of the Philippines with appropriate jurisdiction.

Any claim must be brought within six months of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this period may be rejected by juan365 ph.
